Nancy Mueller is a Seattle-based travel writer and coach who believes travel is more than movement from place to place—it’s a journey of discovery, connection, and transformation. Whether she’s on a day trip close to home or halfway around the globe, Nancy captures stories that highlight wellness, food and dining, arts and culture, nature and the outdoors, and luxury escapes—all through the lens of how travel can enrich our lives.

When she’s not exploring new destinations, Nancy brings her global perspective to coaching international executives in English communication and social skills, helping them build strong relationships across cultures and borders.

Worldly Perspective

Nancy’s adventures have taken her across Egypt, Europe, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Brazil, Ecuador, and the Galápagos Islands. Along the way, she has taught in Cairo, led cultural exchange programs in the Pacific Northwest, delivered communication workshops across North America, and consulted with leaders throughout Europe. These experiences fuel her belief that travel—whether for business or leisure—has the power to transform how we see ourselves and the world.

Education

Nancy earned a double major in Philosophy and Comparative Literature before completing her master’s degree in Comparative Literature at the University of Washington, where she studied English, French, and Russian languages and literature.
